Yoga at Sunrise.

I woke up stiff this morning. My back was all kinds of tense, that tense that I hope I don’t have to ever feel when I’m 80 or 90 and living down in Boca or parts south. I went down to yoga, and we went through the chatarungas and the sun salutations. I tried to breathe deeply into each part of my back. It felt pretty good.

So this this the other part of this Belly Challenge: As I do the work, as I get stronger, finding more and more time to stretch, to breathe, to make sure that I don’t put strain on the parts that don’t deserve the strain.

So today was a work day, but a different type of work. Different, but equally necessary.
